Leah Seliger joined Joseph & Kirschenbaum in 2018. Leah regularly counsels current and former employees seeking advice with respect to severance negotiations relating to claims of discrimination. She is also heavily involved in the firm’s individual discrimination/harassment practices, achieving significant results for the firm’s clients through litigation and settlement.
Before joining Joseph & Kirschenbaum, Leah worked at a large law firm and represented and counseled employees and employers in employment, labor, and employee benefits matters. Leah has worked in both private practice and for the City of New York. Leah also served as a foreign law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel for Justice Mishael Cheshin.
