Mike DiGiulio joined Joseph & Kirschenbaum in 2020. Mike represents clients in all areas of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
In his time with the firm, Mike has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. His recent achievements include winning summary judgment on behalf of an age/disability discrimination plaintiff, resulting in a significant monetary settlement, and obtaining a large arbitration award for three restaurant employees with wage theft and tip theft claims.
Mike regularly handles individual lawsuits, arbitrations, and severance negotiations on behalf of employees claiming wrongful termination, resulting in significant recoveries on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Before joining the firm, Mike practiced environmental law at Super Law Group LLC. Mike was also a law clerk for the Hon. Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
During law school, Mike served as an Articles Editor on the Vermont Law Review, joined the Moot Court Advisory Board, and was named a Deans Scholar. Prior to law school, Mike worked as a salmon fisherman on the Cook Inlet in Alaska.
